A corner coach in your pocket
Feel ready when the bell rings.
Your first boxing class is mostly unfamiliar words and not knowing where to stand. RingsideReady walks you through all of it in plain English — before you get there.

Asked before every first class
- Do I need any gear for my first class?
- Usually not. Most gyms lend gloves for a first session. Bring water, something you can move in, and hand wraps if you already own them.
- Is this a replacement for a coach?
- No. RingsideReady is educational support, not coaching and not medical advice. A qualified coach watching you in person comes first, every time.
- How young can someone start?
- RingsideReady is written for ages 13 and up, and younger boxers should use it with an adult. Never spar without a qualified coach, headgear, and a mouthguard.
